| Day Full of Mishaps |
| Blurghh....I just had one of the worst days of my lives. I had to wake up early since I have a job training at 8am-10.15am. To make it worse, it was snowing heavily outside. Not that I had snow but the fact that I had to walk slowly because it was very slippery and the snow kept stucking at your shoes, making it harder to walk. Then I had class straight from 11am-2.15am. The snow was thicker by noon. And I was freaking hungry. After class ended, I had to go to Regent to pick up a book. Then, I had to go to UBS to buy textbooks (finally!). Ahh...but the book was so expensive I have no idea why. A small, thin CS book cost about $67. Conver that to Malaysian Ringgit! A lot of walking has already make me very tired and hungry, and when I asked the 56 bus driver whether he is going along University Avenue, he said yes. As if! At the merge of University Avenue and Campus Drive, the bus went to the Campus Drive route instead, so I had to fcuking get off at a bus stop way way far from my apartment. Snow was getting thicker and I was already very frustrated at that time. Thank God, maybe it was my small luck, bus no 8 goes along the opposite way and along University Avenue. I finally reached home at nearly 5 pm. What a day! And now I am still waiting for the guys next door to make the next trip to grocery shopping and stop by at Regent to pick my book. As for the time being, I can't finish my one week homework because I still doesn't have the book with me, which sucks coz that means I have to sleep late and wake up early again tomorrow! |
