| I think I may have to quit basketball for Midwest 2004. Putting up 5 subs in two weeks seem to be impossible, considering most of my shifts are on weekend nights. I doubt my fellow American collegues are going to give up their party and drinking, and all Malaysians are heading to Minnesota for the Midwest Games. I cannot give up my camping trip the week before either. If I have to ask myself which is more important, Midwest or camping, I'd say camping. If the question is Midwest or work, again... I would opt out Midwest since I really need the money for my Japan trip. But the team needs me. Plus, I already paid for a jersey. Haih... very confusing. Though sometimes I feel it will be good not to be in the team coz then, I don't have to see that person and this person that much. It's not that I really hate that person or anything. I hate myself more for having this weakness. I don't think I can put up the act much longer. It's too tiring I'll scream it out loud sooner or later. So, backing up from the team is an idea I am fond to ponder about.... |
