Nothing much to blog about anywayz but just wanting to fill out this space. I got back from Phuket last Monday. The trip was pleasant than the my Bali trip last year. However, there is a lot more to see in Bali than in Phuket. Phuket was a place for one to merely enjoy the beach. Things to buy are expensive, and so was fee trips to the islands nearby, unlike Bali, but Fantasea experience was superb(thought the ticket price was hella expensive). I love those elephant showcases. I still wonder how did the ayam-ayam know their way on the stage. I also got to see some "ladyboys", as how my tour guide refer to them, parading on street and flashing their dress and skin. If you want to take pictures with these ladyboys, you've got to pay a fee, probably around 100 baht, or their bouncers will pounce on you. I was particularly interested to watch the Muay Thai boxing but because the ticket was so expensive, I have to cancel that idea.
Now that I am back in Malaysia, I am still on job hunting. I have received one Letter of Intention to Employ from a bank, so I dunno when for sure they'll send an official letter of offer. The thing that bugs me now is how should I deal with choosing the career that I want. If the official letter of offer were to come sometime soon, should I just accept it or should I wait for an interview invitation from other companies that I am keen of, which may or may not come? I hate walking on this type of bridge. Once I accept the job, it will be difficult to go for interviews at other companies. If I don't, another job offer opportunity is uncertain. 50-50 risk. So Petronas, ExxonMobil, Mitsubishi, Iwatani or Khazanah, please call me asap! |
