Be alone. Turn ON your air-cond. Turn OFF your lights. Wrap yourself in a comforter and lay comfortably on your bed. This, I conclude, is the best way for you(or at least me) to watch a movie because only with complete cold and darkness will your emotions come out when watching a movie.

I did just that last night. I watched CINTA, a local production which is now playing in the cinema. With the usual expectation that most local movies suck, I wasn't expecting much of this movie in the beginning. Tapi itulah, you never know until you finish watching. CINTA is nothing super duper excellent Oscar-worthy movie, but for a local production, this is worth watching. 5 love stories, all captured in one movie, you might think it's Love Actually "celup" but while Love Actually is a heartwarming romance, CINTA is heartwarming in the beginning but turned out sad in the end. Kinda remind me of Sad Movie, Korean production.

The movie started out as if I was watching a TV ad. Then started out a Zainal Abidin's song, which I love coz I think he's a great singer. Some acting were great, some acting were so-so and I did feel that at a certain part Sharifah Amani is overdoing it. My favorite love stories are that of Dato' Rahim Razali & Fatimah Abu Bakar and Nanu & Que Haidar. So real and so touching they brought me to tears(and I've never thought I would ever cry watching a Malay movie). Losing memory is indeed, to me, still the saddest thing in the world. I suddenly remembered A Moment to Remember while watching CINTA. *I guess what I am blabbering about will only makes sense if you've watched the movie*. That small girl kid having to go through her parents divorce in the movie brought me to tears also.

All in all, this is a good movie. Worth your 10 bucks la. So everyone, if interested, go watch okay!

Link to the official website: CINTA The Movie. And here's the short trailer. Don't be fooled. The story is not sad all the way kay. 2 versions trailer are available at the official website.

The shoutbox is back up, thank God! Oh, did I already mention how great a man Kimura Takuya is?! Hahaha. I love this man tidak terkata. I'm such a hopeless case. I can't wait to see his new samurai movie and his upcoming drama next season. Since coming back to Malaysia, my resources of him has been cut short and now that I am busy with work, there is less time for me to do everything that I used to do in my college days.

I went to IKEA/The Curve yesterday. Alone(sob sob). Christmas is nearing and I'm in such a mood for the festive that I fork out nearly RM50 at IKEA yesterday for Christmas office deco. Everything is just so pretty. The Christmas tree at The Curve is SO HUGE and the deco BLUE it's so pretty! It feels like you're in a wedding ceremony. Everyone there was taking pictures that I regretted not bringing my camera along. I spent another around RM30 at The Curve's flea market since I can't stand looking at all the pretty accessories. I bought 3 pairs of earrings, one flowered-hairpin and a self-made handphone strap with my nickname Jazzy on it. If only I have more money, I would buy more! The Curve is definitely the IT place for me. Everything is there. Even the Safari World is adorable and magnificent. I'm going to shop there once I get my salary. Buying this and that yesterday, I realize now that I only have a couple of bucks in my wallet, I don't know how I'm going to survive the next 2 weeks during office lunch hour. My parents is going to be freaking mad if they know this since they already loaned me a huge sum of money but it's all gone now in less than a month! And I haven't even buy all the things that I want yet! Know what, I had even dreamed of how The Curve looks like before I first went there. How crazy is that? That must be a sign.
